Trisha Krishnan - The Diva of South Indian Cinema, entered into the world of Modelling through her Miss Chennai Title in 1999. She did many commercials for leading brands. Then she entered into the Miss India title in 2001, where she end up winning the Miss India "Beautiful Smile" title.
She was spotted by renowned Malayalam & Bollywood Director Priyadarshan, who casted her as the leading lady in his Tamil flick Lesa Lesa. Before the movie could release, Trisha paired opposite Suriya in Mounam Pesiyadhe (2002). The movie was an hit movie, with good accolades for Trisha's performance. Lesa Lesa released in mid 2003. From there there was no looking back for Trisha. She paired opposite almost all the top heros of Tamil & Telugu Cinema. She also acted in one Hindi movie Khatta Meetha, opposite Akshay Kumar, Directed again by Priyadarshan.
